The Birmingham Farmer’s Market is a chance for the community to gather together and spend some quality time while being entertained by local musicians as they shop for locally grown, fresh produce. From May to October on Sundays between the hours of 9 am to 2 pm you will find many locals congregate on 660 North Old Woodward – North of Harmon Street, in the Municipal Parking Lot #6 at the Birmingham Farmer’s Market. Birmingham Farmer’s Market Special Events For 2017:
Chef’s Clash Sunday! Sunday, June 25th from 10 am to 12 pm you can experience Birmingham’s top chefs competing live with mystery ingredients they must use in their dishes. Fun!!
Corn Festival. Sunday, August 13th from 9 am to 2 pm. The sweetest harvest which is celebrated in a big way by the Birmingham Farmer’s Market. There’s games, kids’ crafts, and old-fashioned corn shelling. You will definitely have your fill of corn by the end of the day.
Harvest Festival. Sunday, September 17th from 9 am to 2 pm. Come on out and enjoy the Michigan harvest. Bring the kids because there will be farm animals that need petting, kids’ crafts and live entertainment.
End of Season Celebration. Sunday, October 29th from 9 am to 2 pm. This is the final day to stop out and enjoy many festivities before they close for the season. There will be trick-or-treating, hayrides, corn shelling, music, crafts and more.
