Rochester and Beyond Sales Price To List Price – August 2016

The Rochester and Beyond communities with the highest sales price percentage over list price for August 2016 are the following:

Royal Oak is #1 with 97.22 percent

Lake Orion is #2 with 96.34 percent

Rochester is #3 with 95.69 percent

 

Rochester and Beyond Sales Price To List Price – August 2017

The Rochester and Beyond communities with the highest sales price percentage for August 2017 are the following:

Royal Oak again is #1 AGAIN with 97.64 percent!!

Birmingham and Shelby Twp tied in the #2 spot with both at 96.25 percent.

Lake Orion is #3 at 95.15 percent.

Average Sold Prices for August 2016-2017

You will see that Royal Oak came in with the least expensive sold price average of $269,333 in 2017. The most expensive community was Birmingham with the average sold price of $669,609 in 2017.

Looking At The August Numbers For Oakland County

In this particular blog, I looked at the number of solds in each community for August 2016 and 2017. Royal Oak had the most solds in 2017 with 125 homes and Troy was second with 111.
