It’s now time for an interesting look at Rochester and Beyond: SP-LP September 2016 & 2017. Let’s go!

Rochester and Beyond Sales Price To List Price – September 2016

The Rochester and Beyond communities with the highest sales price percentage over list price for September 2016 are the following:

Shelby Twp is #1 with 96.49 percent

Troy is #2 with 96.46 percent

Lake Orion is #3 with 95.52 percent

Just for kicks let’s take a look back at our blog Rochester and Beyond: SP-LP August 2016 & 2017. For August 2016 we had none of these 3 as our top contenders. It was the following:

Royal Oak is #1 with 97.22 percent

Lake Orion is #2 with 96.34 percent

Rochester is #3 with 95.69 percent

Rochester and Beyond Sales Price To List Price – September 2017

The Rochester and Beyond communities with the highest sales price percentage for September 2017 are the following:

Royal Oak is #1 with 98.01 percent

Shelby Twp is #2 spot with 97.82 percent

Troy is #3 at 96.33 percent

For August 2017 we had the following 3 as our top contenders.

Royal Oak was #1 with 97.64 percent

Birmingham and Shelby Twp tied in the #2 spot with both at 96.25 percent.

Lake Orion is #3 at 95.15 percent.

So interesting, isn’t it? From year over year, we had Shelby Twp make the top 3 list for both years, however, there was a drop from #1 in 2016 to #2 in 2017. Here’s the kicker though and that is Shelby Twp SPtoLP was higher in September 2017 at 97.82 percent, BUT the bar was also set higher in September 2017 by Royal Oak stepping in with 98.01 percent! The highest stat in September 2016 was Shelby Twp with just 96.49. Imagine that! 98.01 percent in September 2017 and 96.49 in September 2016. As you can see the market is everchanging.

Looking back at August 2016 was Royal Oak at the top with 97.22 percent SPtoLP and in August 2017 it was again, Royal Oak with 97.64 percent. It not only changes from year to year but month to month. Pretty soon we’ll be comparing October numbers and that will definitely be interesting to see as well.
