September Market Update Oakland County 2021

The September market stats show a decline in actives and sales from the previous year. From 2020, the number of current active homes for sale has decreased by 10.39%. Sales have decreased by 19.66% over the last year.

 

Additionally, the list-to-sale price ratio in September stayed the same as the previous year with an average of sellers receiving 100.0% of their list price. The average number of days on market is shorter this September than in 2020 with most homes on the market for an average of 20 days. That is a 35.48% difference in market time year over year.

To conclude, the current September market reflected short market times, a strong list-to-sale price ratio, and lower actives and sales compared to 2020.
