What 2 Michigan communities made this top 2017 list? The communities were Troy and Rochester Hills and the list was the “Top 2017 Best Places to Raise a Family in America.” I thought that was pretty special news to share with you on this week’s blog. - Composite Overall Score Grade: 5 percent
- Diversity Grade: 5 percent
